Mr. Vere I. Hill is a native son of the soil with deep roots in Parham Town. There, he had the opportunity to attend primary school where he was grounded in the importance of love of his community. He furthered his secondary education at the Antigua Grammar School and subsequently continued his studies in the United States, earning an MBA from Howard University. Mr. Hill successfully completed the Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers course and now carries the designation FICB.  He is also an Accredited Director.

Mr. Hill has acquired a wealth of experience in Information Systems, Business Development and Client Relationship at organizations such as Price Waterhouse Coopers and the Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA).
